The science
No glue. Just water.
The platinum-cured lens clings to smooth lenses on its own. Water lets it glide into place and pushes the air out.
- Your lens Any smooth lens. Sunglasses, sports glasses, goggles or safety specs.
- A drop of water A thin film lets the lens settle flat and squeezes out the air. No adhesive, no residue.
- The VUERRA lens AquaPlatin™, platinum-cured and cast to your power. Trim it with scissors to suit the frame.
Your view
See the difference.
Hold your glasses up to the menu. Without VUERRA it stays soft. With it, the reading zone at the bottom of each lens comes into focus, and the view above stays as it was.

Typical US prices. A general guide, not a quote.
How does it stick?
The platinum-cured lens clings to smooth lenses on its own. A drop of water lets it glide into place and pushes out the air. There is no adhesive, so it peels off clean.
Will it damage my glasses or coatings?
No. Nothing bonds chemically to your lens. Peel from a corner to remove, then clean the lens as usual.
Which power should I choose?
If you own readers that work, choose the same number. If not, the power guide gives you a starting point by age. If it is not right, we swap it free within 30 days.
Can I cut it to fit?
Yes. Place the lens on your glasses, note the shape you want, then trim with sharp scissors. Cut slowly to keep the edge smooth.
How long does a pair last?
Months of regular use with gentle care. Rinse with water, store it in its case and do not rub it dry. Like any soft optic, it slowly collects fine scratches, which is why the Refresh plan exists.
Can I drive with them?
Do not wear reading power while driving, and do not rely on VUERRA to meet a driving vision standard. VUERRA lenses are not protective eyewear.
Do they correct astigmatism?
No. VUERRA lenses are spherical only. If you have astigmatism, or your sight changes, see an optometrist.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States for now. Orders over $40 ship free.
