Where we ship

We ship within the United States only for now.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on orders of $40 or more. Below $40 it costs $4.95. You always see the cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and delivery

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email hello@vuerra.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
